Refund Policy

3-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your first server, contact us within 3 days of your first payment and we'll refund that first payment in full. Open a ticket from your control panel and we'll take care of it. The guarantee applies once per customer.

What isn't refundable

• Renewal payments, and orders after your first, once the server has been delivered.
• Services suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Rules, including any account that has received a strike or been banned.
• The unused part of a billing period when you cancel. Your server keeps running until the period ends if you choose end-of-period cancellation.
• Orders where the refund request is part of a pattern of abuse, such as repeatedly ordering and refunding servers.

Orders we can't deliver

If we decline your order, or can't deliver a server you paid for, we refund the full amount.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunding a server's payment ends that service and deletes its data.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can almost always resolve billing problems faster. As explained in our Terms of Service, opening a dispute without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of all services on the account.
