Install on your device

Takes about ten seconds. The app opens full screen with its own icon, just like any other app.

📱 iPhone & iPad

  1. Open tidalvps.com/app in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow) at the bottom (top right on iPad).
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Works on iOS 16.4+ in Chrome and Edge too, from their Share menu.

🤖 Android phones & tablets

  1. Open tidalvps.com/app in Chrome, Edge or Samsung Internet.
  2. Tap Install the app at the top of this page, or open the browser menu ⋮.
  3. Choose Install app (or Add to Home screen) and confirm.

🪟 Windows & Linux

  1. Open this page in Chrome or Edge.
  2. Click Install the app above, or the install icon ⊕ at the right of the address bar.
  3. Click Install. The app appears in your Start menu and can be pinned to the taskbar.

🖥 Mac

  1. Safari: open this page, then choose File → Add to Dock (macOS Sonoma or newer).
  2. Chrome or Edge: click Install the app above or the install icon ⊕ in the address bar.
  3. The app lands in your Dock and Launchpad.

💻 Chromebook

  1. Open this page in Chrome.

About the app

Is the app free?

Yes. It comes with every TidalVPS account. You only pay for your servers.

Why isn't it in the App Store or Google Play?

It's a web app, installed straight from our site. That means one app on every device, it's always up to date (no updates to download), and it takes up almost no space.

Is it secure?

It uses the same encrypted connection and login as our website, including two-factor authentication with Google Authenticator or Authy if you turn it on. Your account data is never stored on the device, and logging out in the app logs you out completely.

How do I remove it?

Remove it like any app: press and hold the icon on a phone or tablet, or right-click it (or open its ⋮ menu) on a computer and choose Uninstall.
